QuantumBloom is a B2B STEM talent retention and readiness company based in North Carolina. We partner with employers to build the development infrastructure that keeps early-career STEM professionals in the field, advancing within their organizations, and equipped for an AI-transformed workplace.

Our solutions are evidence-based and built around the notion that retention only happens when you engage the whole ecosystem – participants, peers, managers, and organizational conditions around them.

We work with employers across semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, AI, engineering, biotech, fintech, aerospace and defense, and any employer dependent upon STEM talent. We work with any size company, start-ups to global enterprises. Our fully virtual delivery model allows us to work anywhere in the world.
